Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, but please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, if you wish to return an item, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@orderbudz.co. Returns must be sent to the following address: [6805 West Commercial Blvd #1014, Tamarac FL 33319]. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please ensure you request a return before sending items back; we cannot accept items returned without prior approval.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For the quickest way to get what you want, return the item you have for store credit, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your store credit. This credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future purchases.
